Due diligence and security

Prior to engaging any subprocessor, Onclaim conducts appropriate due diligence to ensure the subprocessor can provide the level of data protection required by applicable laws. We enter into data processing agreements that include requirements to:

  • Process personal data only on our documented instructions
  • Ensure confidentiality of personal data
  • Implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures
  • Delete or return personal data at the end of the service relationship
  • Assist with data subject rights requests and security incidents
  • Allow for audits and inspections
